FIRST TIME PASSPORT PROCESSING  in York County, SC are processed by the Clerk of Court ONLY  (803-909-1892).  Passports in Mecklenburg County, NC  (704.432.5729) are processed by appointment only at the city of Charlotte passport acceptance facility or at select Post Offices.    CLICK HERE to view a list of Post Offices available and to download free application forms.
